What is the V Plus Rewards Program?
V Plus Rewards is a free program created to provide our guests extra values for being loyal shoppers at Value City stores. V Plus members enjoy extra savings, special offers, advance notice on new arrivals and a special birthday offer. The great thing about V Plus Rewards is that it's free and there are no points to track.
How can I enroll in V Plus Rewards?
It's easy! The next time you make a purchase at any of our stores, your cashier can sign you up right at the checkout. You'll instantly receive a V Plus card and your account is activated!
When do I start receiving special offers?
Once you enroll at the store, you will begin to receive special offers either through email, mail or phone(only if you provide us your phone number) within 4-6 weeks.
How do I use my card?
Just keep shopping! Each time you check out at Value City, show the cashier your card and you'll continue to receive special offers.
What if I am making a purchase but have forgotten my card?
If you accidentally leave your card at home, the Value City cashier can look up your member ID number on the cash register at the time of purchase.
What if I just purchased something but forgot to show my card?
That's okay. Since V Plus is not based on points, you'll still receive your special offers, even if you forget to apply a purchase to your card. We scan your card so that we can provide you with customized coupons and offers. If you shop with us regularly, missing one purchase won't stop the offers.
If I lose or need an additional V Plus Rewards card, how do I get one?
You can request a new or additional card for free by calling 1-800-224-4246. If you are shopping with us and have not yet received a replacement or new card, simply let the cashier know you are a V Plus member. You will then need to provide your last name or a telephone number for the cashier to identify your V Plus account.
How can I update the personal information on my V Plus Rewards account?
You can call V Plus Guest Services directly at 1-800-224-4246 or sign in to your online profile to access the information we have on file. You can easily change your mailing address, email address and phone number. Check back often to make sure your information is accurate. That way, you'll be sure to receive all V Plus Rewards offers by mail, email or phone.
What do you do with my personal information, including my transaction history?
Value City uses this information to provide special offers and savings to you all year round. We will not sell your personal information to anyone.
Can anyone in my family use my card?
Yes. You do not need individual cards. The benefits of this program are extended to you and your family.
Does everyone in my family get a birthday offer?
No. Only the member who is assigned to the card gets a birthday offer.
How can I request to be taken off your mail, email or phone list?
You may request to be removed from any mail, email or telephone list by contacting V Plus Guest Services at 1-800-224-4246 or mail V Plus Rewards, 3241 Westerville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43224.
